- Fill your name and your shipping details by completing all fields marked with an “*”. Ensure that your data is correct.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
It usually takes me within 4/5 working days from the receipt of the payment to prepare the jewellery and ship your package . After that it usually takes 4/5 working days for delivery outside of Italy. If your order is a gift, please allow plenty of time for delivery and please specify it when ordering.
IS YOUR JEWELLERY MADE OF ORIGINAL MURANO GLASS?
All my jewels are created with Venetian beads made in 100% Murano glass.
IS IT TRUE THAT YOUR JEWELLERY IS COMPLETELY HAND MADE?
Yes, all my products are completely handmade by me.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS NICKEL-FREE?
Yes, all small metal components used in my jewelry are completely nickel-free. As per the Italian law.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO PERSONALIZE A JEWEL, OR TO CREATE A CUSTOM-MADE ONE?

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
My return policy is 14 days from receipt of the order. If, within 14 days since receiving your purchase, it is either damaged or you are not satisfied with it, you are by law entitled to contact me and return it. Prior to returning a product or cancelling the order, you must state your intention to do so by writing an email to firstname.lastname@example.org , attaching your receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 14 days. Note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and that shipping costs are non-refundable.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT GETS MISPLACED/STOLEN DURING TRANSIT?
I will be happy to replace the order but only with proof of non-delivery.
WILL YOU RESIZE THE JEWELLERY IF DOESN’T FIT?
Yes, of course, just send me an email to notify me of this and further instructions will be sent to you. Note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and that shipping costs are non-refundable.
HOW CAN I TRUCK MY ORDER?
When your purchase is sent, I will email you with a tracking number, which can be monitored with the delivery service provider.
IS THE CUSTOM DUTY TAX COST PART OF THE SHIPPING FEE?
Duty import tax is at client expense when applied.
WILL GOODS COME WITH THE CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY?
Yes, all my jewellery is certified made by hand in original Murano Glass beads.
