Placing an order is simple:

1. Click on the product you are interested in.

2. Click the “Add to cart” button.

3. You can continue shopping or review your cart by clicking the cart icon in the upper right corner.

4. To remove an item, click the “x” next to the price. To change the quantity, use the + / – buttons and wait a moment for the cart to update.

5. Click “Proceed to checkout”.

6. Fill in your personal and shipping details, completing all fields marked with an asterisk (*).

7. Choose your preferred payment method and click “Order and pay”.

8. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after completing your purchase.

I ship to Italy, Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada.

Orders are shipped via International Recorded Postal Mail Delivery.

No. Any import duties or taxes applied by customs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 4–5 working days from payment confirmation.
Delivery outside Italy generally takes an additional 4–5 working days.

If your order is a gift, please allow extra time and mention it when placing your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be monitored through the postal service provider.

Yes. All jewellery is created using Venetian beads made of 100% original Murano glass.

Yes. Every piece is entirely handmade by me.

Yes. All metal components used in my jewellery are nickel-free, in compliance with Italian regulations.

Yes. I am happy to consider custom requests, whether for a single piece or a small exclusive collection.

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

If your item is damaged or you are not satisfied, please email marisa.convento.2019@gmail.com within 14 days, including your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
